SKEPP started in 2013 as comparison website for office spaces. You might see us as a disruptive gamechanger in the previously traditional real estate world. In the meantime this market is undergoing a development to becoming a market that has more space for innovation and transparency. With SKEPP we target these developments directly by empathetically profiling our self as a proptech company, doing so by going along with the newest trends in the fields of digitalisation and automation. An example of this is Virtual Reality and in the future Augmented Reality.

Officelisting: The Airbnb of the office market

SKEPP consists of three products. With the first product, Officelisting, we bring companies that are looking for (new) housing in contact with property owners, operators and landlords of office space. In the meantime we have have more than 2000 office buildings available throughout Europe. This makes us the Airbnb of the office market.

Officemanager: Management of rental contracts and invoicing

Besides this SKEPP also has Officemanager. With this product we digitally connect the property owners and the tenants through our tenant- and landlord portal. With this product SKEPP offers full unburdening regarding management of rental contracts and invoices. All this is clearly found in the portals.

Officeplanner: a tailored furnishing package

The third product is the design furnishing package named Officeplanner, which we offer to furnish the offices based on the customers wishes and preferences. The package consists of two styles: URBAN Industrial and URBAN Scandinavian. To give it a personal touch there are a number of style packages that can be added. The furnishing is available to rent or buy. The third option is financial lease. SKEPP is developing the fourth product (Officekit) as we speak.

Office as a service, where the customer journey is completely covered

Where SKEPP started in the Netherlands (in 2013), it made the step to the neighboring countries Belgium and Germany in 2017. In 2018 it has also opened in Austria, Switzerland, Spain and France. The ambition is to further expand in Europe in the future. We now do this with 40 young professionals. We offer Office as a service, in which we optimize and professionalise the complete customer journey of the client and customer.
